David Charles

A man who has devoted his life to bringing beauty and confidence to the clients who walk through his door. This has been achieved through the creation of hairstyles for individual face palettes. As well - he uses colour to accentuate the facial structure and give movement within the hair style. From his early training in Winnipeg he ventured to Sassoon's in London , England. Continued education took him to Europe as well as the capitals in the U.S.A. and of course the Paris runways- where so much of the creation begins. Returning on a bi annual basis keeps his inspiration renewed. After years , in what he describes as " the best business in the world " he still looks forward to everyday and the unique challenges it can present.

"Life " is to be experienced and with that philosophy he continues to experience life outside of work. Travel - can broaden the mind and take the edges off of our mental rigidity - helping to makes us more open and excepting to things that are new and unfamiliar. After traveling globally a great deal - he realized that he no longer wanted to be a voyeuristic tourist--- but some way have an impact on the lives of less fortunate people with which he came in contact. Thankful for the direction of a client , David got involved with "Habitat for Humanity" . This year saw him constructing homes in India for families that were not able to have a home of their own........something that in our country we take for granted. Becoming a "biker" gave him a sense of freedom that comes with owning a bike..
